This Refund Policy applies to all purchases — including subscriptions and one-time purchases — made from Apptica OÜ
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that you contact us at legal@aitwini.xyz within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period and that you have followed your plan for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase (or 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after the purchase for weekly subscription period).
We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.
If you made a one-time purchase (a non-recurring, single-charge purchase) directly on our website, the following refund conditions apply:
2.1. One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered and accessed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2.2. You may be eligible for a refund of a one-time purchase if: (i) the digital content is materially defective or substantially not as described at the time of purchase; (ii) delivery of the digital content fails due to a technical error on our part and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe; or (iii) applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund.
2.3. Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at legal@aitwini.xyz. When submitting your request, please include your order confirmation, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
2.4. We will review your refund request and notify you (by email) of the outcome within 10 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
2.5. Refunds for one-time purchases will not be granted in the following cases: (i) change of mind or personal preference after the digital content has been delivered; (ii) failure to use or access the purchased content; (iii) incompatibility with your device or software where system requirements were disclosed prior to purchase; or (iv) the refund request is submitted after the 14-day refund request period.
2.6. If you believe a one-time purchase charge on your payment method is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact our support team at legal@aitwini.xyz before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and in good faith.
Note for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
